What happens when I hit my user limit?
In this case, you can upgrade to the next higher license at any time during the contract period. The contract period remains unaffected and we then charge the difference for the remaining contract period.

Can I switch between plans during the year?
Yes, this is possible. The contract term remains unaffected and we charge the difference for the remaining contract term.
How long is the notice period?
Unless otherwise contractually agreed, the notice period is 4 weeks to the end of the term
What happens after the end of the trial progamm?
If you decide to continue using Sweap, you can decide which license you want to continue using. Your Customer Success Manager will contact you in time to discuss your requirements and advise you on which license is best for you.
Do I have to cancel after the trial period if I don’t want to use Sweap anymore?
No. The trial period ends automatically after 6 months without the need for cancellation.
