You need to have an account with Sweap. If you don't have one, you can create a free account here.

If you have a Sweap account, enter your details in this form and our Customer Success Team will contact you within 24 hours.

Currently, you can sell tickets with any Sweap licence larger than (and including) Growth.

We charge a 2.5% fee on each ticket sold for your event. This fee will be billed to you in a quarterly invoice. In addition, you will be charged a fee by our ticketing partners Stripe or Payone. These fees vary depending on your personal agreement with our partners.

Payments are processed via our payment providers Stripe and Payone. Payouts can differ based on the country you’re operating in, but you should expect your first payout within around 7 days of the transaction taking place.

You can get in touch with Stripe and Payone through their website. The account creation can take up to 1 month.

Currently, this feature is not available, but we are working on implementing it.
